Wonderful to work with and beyond friendly! The two gentlemen that came to our house were quick and informative. We’ve never owned a pellet stove before after they cleaned it they showed me how to unclip it and pull it out to clean the fan behind and how often to do it. We will continue to use them for our cleanings!!

I recently had Bruce fix two chimneys at my property. I live out of state and he made sure that the job was done correctly. His team was punctual and completed the job in a timely manner. I received several quotes and his was right in the middle. Holly followed up with pictures once the job was completed. I would recommend Bruce and Holly and their team.
Thank you for coming right away today to help my Dad, Joe Killips with his chimney. Cleaned it out, relined it and got it ready to rock for half the price he was quoted by another company in Westfield. Great job!

comfortbuilt owners this is the company to call. Just ask for bruce. I live in Dedham Mass. This guy walked me through the diagnostics on the phone and got me back up and running. He knows every switch, nut and bolt. I honestly believe he likes talking about stoves. Great guy with tons of knowledge. Cannot thank him enough. Not to mention he did this while it was 10 degrees out. I wish there were more companies like this around. Dave in Dedham, mass. And there should be 10 stars at the top here

Bought a beautiful pellet stove. Very nice friendly staff. Would highly recommend them if your looking for a wood or pellet stove or insert.

They clean my chimney every year & always do a great job. Would definitely recommend them. Bruce, the owner, come over when I had an issue with my woodstove & answered all my questions and concerns. Now I'm saving to purchase a pellet stove from him.

I ordered a wood stove from this company as they were local and a small business. The stove was scheduled to be installed weeks sooner than was promised. Although the stove was larger than what I was looking for as the one I wanted was backordered, I was instead offered a larger floor model and given a discount. Talk about really wanting to earn your business!!!
The staff from the office to installers were friendly and attentive. On the day of installation they arrived exactly when they said they would and took great care to ensure that my home remained clean and undamaged.
I highly recommend New England Chimney Sweeps & Masonry Inc. and look forward to great service for years to come.
